Sneaking movement into your daily routine is a simple way to make sure you’re staying active. If you have to run an errand in your neighborhood, walk or bike to the store instead of driving. Not to say you can’t ever take the elevator again, but opt for the stairs when you’re only climbing a few floors. Do squats while brushing your teeth or stretch while watching TV.
