This week we’re here for you savory fanatics. Get your taste buds ready for the Questified Turkey Ranch Meatballs. Complete with Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips, a hearty serving of veggies and lots of protein to keep you coming back for more. Since we know meatballs can take a minute to create, we’ll keep it short so you can get to the full recipe below!

Editor’s note: The recipe below uses an air fryer — if you’re using a conventional oven, we suggest looking up your preferred method of pan frying vs baking or a combo of both.

Ingredients

RANCH TURKEY MEATBALLS

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 bags Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, large
  • 1/4 tsp parsley (more for garnish if desired)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Method

  1. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. When ingredients look evenly distributed, separate the mixture into 16 evenly sized balls (about 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter).
  3. Bake the meatballs in an airfryer at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes (ensure internal temperature is above 165 degrees F)
  4. Serve with ranch dressing.
